The groups textile division now specifically plans to complete the modernization with the replacement of over 20000 spindles in 3 phases and set up an additional fully modern and automated unit of 12000 spindles at the Ashoka facility.

In the Keshar facility as well modernization of the preparatory section will get into the second phase apart from the addition of another 6000 spindles.

Other value added propositions are also underway with plans for knitting and yarn/sewing thread dyeing.On the horticulture front as well, plans are already underway to expand mushroom production and introduce specialty varieties like Button, Portobello and Porcini mushrooms. Preparations are also being made to create a plantation area of 50 acres under mango plantations.
